アイリスはいつも街の広場で美しい歌声を披露している。しかしその声は、彼女の本当の声ではない。幻影種の襲撃によって祖父を失ったアイリスは、衝撃のあまり祖父の愛した声すらも失ってしまった。死神騎士となったアイリスは、祖父と自分の声を奪った幻影種と戦うことで、自分の傷を癒やそうとしている。そして同じような痛みを持つ市民たちに、励ましの歌を提供し続けるのだ。
